The Check In feature is where you can keep track of how you’re feeling each day. It's beneficial to check in at the end of each day, so that you can use this information to make better health decisions.

  1. On the Check In tab, choose the symbol that best represents how you felt today.
  2. In the text box below, you can add notes about which symptoms you are experiencing, activities that might have triggered them, or how you are feeling in general.
  3. Tap Save on the upper right hand corner. You can edit this Check In as needed until midnight.

On the History tab, you will see your Check In Graph reflecting your symptom activity alongside your UV Exposure Graph. Daily Check Ins will better help determine your daily limit of UV exposure. To see all of your Check Ins, scroll all the down on the History tab and tap See All Data
